CBPTA meetings are traditionally held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. In 2022-2023 we will attempt to hold at least one in-person meeting each quarter. When in person, we meet in the library at Centennial.
Meetings begin at 7PM. Virtual meetings are hosted via Zoom.

Year Round: CBPTA runs concessions for all sporting activities (indoor and outdoor) as well as the fall play (November) and the spring musical (March). Volunteers are always needed to assist. Concession sales provide the largest amount of income for our annual budget.
Year Round: Dining Out nights (or days) are a great way to support a community restaurant, ease your cooking burden and support CBPTA. We try to offer at least one option each month.
October: CBPTA provides a Royal Breakfast for the homecoming court. Please see the volunteer page to sign up to provide items for this event and/or assist in person.
March: In conjunction with the spring musical, one of CBPTAs larger fundraising efforts is DINNER UNDER THE STARS. This event takes place early evening, before the Saturday night performance of the musical. The SILENT AUCTION takes place during the DINNER.
Spring: After concessions, the annual MULCH SALE is our next biggest fundraising effort. In early spring, student groups are asked to help distribute door hangers to advertise the event, which usually takes place in late April/early May, based on spring break and activity schedules.
Spring: CBPTA provides scholarships for graduating seniors. Applications are traditionally available mid March and due by the end of April.
Spring: CBPTA honors one teacher annually as the Educator of the Year. Nominations are sought in April and voted on early May.
May: CBPTA honors all of our teachers and support staff during Teacher Appreciation Week, traditionally held the first week of May.
End of Year: CBPTA supports the annual Senior Send Off by providing volunteers to assist with grilling out for the seniors after graduation rehearsal. This happens during the school day, between 9am and 2pm. The date depends on our assigned date/time for graduation.
